Overall great service.
Close location to the london helicopter. Good base for discovering London. We parked our car on-site.

Great hotel, rooms, staff, spar, bar all wonderful.
Great hotel, just to far from the city, they do provide a service to the tube, only during the day. Otherwise it's a taxi or bus, taxis are costly and the bus takes about 30 mins to get to Victoria. After a long day in the city, we normal like a few hours chilling before going out for the evening. There's nothing locally, and the hotel restaurant was closed. Great hotel, terrible location

The staff is friendly and helpfull. the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and modern. highly recommended for the people who loves quality sleep.
Location is the only factor which makes us be unhappy. if you are a family or a group try to take a shuttle to the center of London. for lone travellers it shouldn't be difficult.

Enjoyed a fabulous weekend at Hotel Verta! New, clean, modern...really gorgeous! We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade to the 'Executive Suite'!!! Oh my! 'Wow' is all I can say!
A little 'out of town' but didn't cause us a problem - overground just 10 mins walk so soon in the city. Also, disappointed that we had to learn about the free shuttle service to Sloane Square from the taxi driver that picked us up from the hotel?! The next morning we then discovered that you also had to prebook the shuttle service, but only 15 places available!! Bit sly, we thought, being as though the hotel booked us the taxi...!!

The staff were it's best asset.
The Hotel was too far out from the city & tourist areas. They did advertise that there was a complimentary shuttle bus service, from the Hotel to Sloan Square, though they failed to mention that there was no return service. For this reason we would not consider staying at that hotel again.

The bed was amazing- so comfortable the electric kettle was faulty - it was replaced with a new one immediately we didn't realise the shuttle bus had to be booked and had a lengthy walk to the tube on one occasion but the weather was glorious and we took the river walk I would definatelybook to stay again and use all the facilities
Nothing everything was perfect we had an lovely stay

Ah, our room was nice I guess. And, seeing a helipad outside your window isn't a very common sight..
No free wi-fi and the fact that it was not possible to receive any mobile phone calls in our room. £16 a day for Wi-Fi is excessive - we've traveled quite a bit and even in pokey hostels in Prague you can get free Wi-Fi (and phone signal)..And, location - a lot further away from the city that we anticipated..

Staff fantastic
Did not like the fact that the bar was being used for a private function meaning whilst I could get a drink I couldn't use the facilities. I would have like to have sat on the bar balcony to have a cigarette but couldn't. I asked for an alternative smoking area and was told I could take my drink outside the front of the hotel if I wanted to smoke!!! 5 star luxury facilities......I think not. Loved the hotel, the finish, the standard of everything, the staff are an asset...... but this single small niggling thing really bugged me. I stay in London a lot for work and pleasure and would have chosen Hotel Verta time and time again but for this one small thing. Unfortunately I don't think I, or my family will stay again.

Watching the helicopters come and go was fun. The hotel was conveniently located near bus and rail stops.
There weren't a whole lot of good eateries in the immediate area, but there were several good places within about a 10 minute walk. Charges for internet were pretty high.

The hotel was very welcoming, we were upgraded for free upon arrival and the rooms were fabulous! With the super comfy beds and lush bathrooms including a tv over the bath. The room included a nespresso machine and Molton Brown products! The staff were very helpful and friendly and the free shuttle to sloane square was very useful. We used the hotel's spa facilities after we checked out and these were equally amazing we had the place to ourselves and the showers and complimentary products provided were amazing!

In theory this was an excellent hotel. The room was nice, the spa was fantastic and the location on the Thames was great.
Unfortunately we happened to experience some glitches, our key wouldn't open room, our air conditioning failed to work, they brought our car to reception when we didn't ask for it (we just wanted access to it in the garage), this made us late and then on checking out I was late again because they had forgotten to add my breakfast to bill and so had to track down a waiter. However on the positive side all of these problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The staff were all excellent and we suspected that all of these problems stemmed from one receptionist...a weak link...maybe new? Was given my breakfast for free to make up for everything. I think we were just unlucky. The only real complaint as with a lot of hotels these days is that you can't open a window in the bedroom.

General standard. The spa was excellent.
Although we had family was nearby in Clapham, the location was a little bit awkward. The shuttle wasn't that well organised.
